WASHINGTON – U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius and Secretary of Education Arne Duncan will host a conference call with national, regional, and college media outlets to launch a new effort to inform graduating seniors about the new health insurance choices available to them thanks to the Affordable Care Act.
